Remote Desktop can’t connect to the Server.

To protect the system from unauthorized access:

  1. Profile Lockout: After three failed login attempts, the system will automatically lock the user profile.
    The profile will be unlocked after 15 minutes.
  2. IP Block: If there are five or more failed login attempts from the same public IP address, the
    security system will block that IP.
  3. Unblocking Instructions:
    • Visit https://ip4.me to find your public IP address.
    • Take a screenshot of your IP address and email it to our Help Desk at help-me@paradigmhosting.co.za.
    • The Help Desk will assist in unblocking your public IP address.
  4. Static IP Address: If you are using a static IP address, please inform the Paradigm Hosting Team to whitelist it.
