To protect the system from unauthorized access:
- Profile Lockout: After three failed login attempts, the system will automatically lock the user profile.
The profile will be unlocked after 15 minutes. - IP Block: If there are five or more failed login attempts from the same public IP address, the
security system will block that IP. - Unblocking Instructions:
- Visit https://ip4.me to find your public IP address.
- Take a screenshot of your IP address and email it to our Help Desk at help-me@paradigmhosting.co.za.
- The Help Desk will assist in unblocking your public IP address.
- Static IP Address: If you are using a static IP address, please inform the Paradigm Hosting Team to whitelist it.

Please Check: If your internet connection is working/ that your antivirus or firewall are not blocking the connection.
