Please check the following:
Check on your local computer if windows have your printer as the default and that there is a green tick on it?
This is how to check if the default print was redirect and is also the default on the server?
Open Notepad on the server, Go to File and Print

If the printer is not showing this could be that your workstation printer drivers are not the same on the server. Reason for this could be due to printer change or windows updates
