How To Print With Universal Printing
We highly recommend using universal printing to print

From the application you wish to print from (Sage50, Paradigm, Word etc.) select 'Universal Printer'.

The system will prompt you to 'Please Wait', while your print job is spooled.

Reason: if the internet or power drop [Load Shedding] your document will be open on your workstation.

Adobe Acrobat Reader (or whichever PDF reader you have installed) will automatically open, displaying your print job.

From the PDF Reader, you have the option to:

1. Save to File
2. Print to your printer (Select number of copies you would like to print)
3. Attach the PDF to an email
