Most of the time when this happens is when there is a poor connection to the cloud server, or you reconnected from a different device to your session.
So, the first thing to do is to logoff or sign out from the server this attempt to remedy the problem.

DO NOT click the “X” at the top of your session window. This will only disconnect you session and will not have the desired effect.

Please ask your local System Administrator to help you with this.
Logoff/ Sign out from server.
Go to C:\Users\YourProfile\RDP6 if this MyPDFprinting folder is there delete it.
Right Click on Start.
1- File Explorer
2- This PC or just Local Disk (C:)
3- Local Disk C:\ - this is the Default location for windows
4- Go to C:\Users\YourProfile\RDP6
5- Delete MyPDFprinting
